Capcom has announced that the first print run ofSuper Street Fighter IV: 3D Editionwill feature an incredibly limited edition lenticular cover. Kind of like the provided image, butaccording to Capcom, it looks even cooler. Seems these covers will become incredibly tough to find, so you best pre-order if you want one. Thanksgiving gaming: What is your videogame of choice?

For me, there is something very special about playing videogames over the Thanksgiving holiday. The combination of the cold, crisp air outside and the few extra days of relaxation are the perfect excuse to wrap myself up in my dolphin blanket, warm up an oversized mug of hot chocolate, and play videogames for hours (and days!) on end. It is something I look forward to every year. Because the gaming weekend is so perfect, it has to be accompanied by the perfect videogame in order for everything to feel just right....

The evolution of RPGs

Ahh, it feels good to be back. This past week I’ve had to contend with a number of issues plaguing my PC, ranging from a messed up registry and corrupted drivers to the sudden short-out of my CD drive and the mysterious absence of that helpful little tool we all call a cursor. As you might have noticed, I didn’t get to post anything until yesterday, when I finally managed to sell myself as a personal slave to the highest bidder in order to raise the money to get my comp fixed....

The little things that every RPG should have

It’s so easy to miss the little things in life. Those things that brighten up our day but are taken for granted and never really noticed outside of our subconscious. The Protector: Generic-looking and -sounding action comes to PC and 360

I want to let Gingerbread Studios — a new Polish developer — off the hook for their first project, but I’m finding it a tad bit difficult. The just-announced first/third-person shooterThe Protectorfor the PC and Xbox 360 looks and sounds so painfully generic that it’s impossible to ignore. The story has something to do with South American mythology and, of course, “the escalating threat of global terrorism within the modern day world....
