I kind of want Nintendo’s new DSi console, but it’s not for the fancy new camera or internet browser. It’s just that my old DS Lite looks like sh*t from frequent travel and even more frequent droppings, and I think this would be a nice replacement. One thing that’s worried me aboutDynasty Warriors 7is the feeling that every character will have the same moveset thanks to the fact that weapons can be shared amongst them. We’ve been chatting with lead producer about Akihiro Suzuki, who was kind enough to explain the weapon system in more detail. “UnlikeStrikeforce, each character will have unique moves for their proper weapons,” explained Suzuki. “If characters equip that weapon, they will be able to execute an EX Attack with it....

We have some footage showing off Bioware’s newest fantasy role-playing game,Dragon Age: Origins, after the jump. The game is being lauded as the spiritual successor toBaldur’s Gate, which is certainly one way to set some high expectations. Dragon Ageis looking good so far, but also doesn’t seem to particularly stand out. That’ll probably change once we see and hear some more about it, though. It is being developed by Bioware, after all....
