Gone are the days where Nintendo would launch with just a handful of first-party titles. Next month at Tokyo’s Nintendo World 2011, 32 titles will be shown off to the public, with about half of the offerings being playable.
The Nintendo World 2011 website has been updated with a list of games to be shown at the Jan 8-10 event, which is set to go down in the Makuhari Messe convention center just outside of Tokyo, Japan. The Japanese public is invited to get a hands-on experience with the new console there. Among the titles playable areKid Icarus, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, Piolitwings Resort, andNintendogs + cats. Third parties are bringing titles likeStreet Fighter IV 3D Editionand Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D. See the full list after the jump.

Beyond this event, the 3DS will be shown at Japan’s World Hobby Fair and a couple of shopping centers. Between the long list of titles and these events, Nintendo is coming out strong with the 3DS.
