According to a recent post on the official EABattlefield: Bad Company 2forums, the big ole’ PC patch for the follow-up is now live. Among the host of fixes are a host of tiny single-player bug squashes, including a fix for character voice issues and low volume problems during the cut-scenes. The MP component has received the brunt of the work. Serious server browser woes have been addressed, and even flickering assets got an extra pass.
The full list of the fixes is available below the fold. If you have the Steam version of the game, it looks like your patch will be delayed just a bit more due to the service’s lengthier QA process. EA apparently expects it to hit tomorrow.
