Today an update forNuts & Boltswent live that offers a “Large Dialogue Text” option that will make in-game text far more readable on standard definition televisions. Simply hop online, start the game, and agree to the update. It’s easy like that. You’ll have the option to turn the option on and off, as well, so the large and somewhat gaudy text won’t be forced upon you.
You can see our “before and after” comparison screens after the jump, but keep in mind these were taken with my digital camera off the screen of a high definition television. I left my SDTV somewhere back in 2004, so this is going to have to do. You can still see the difference, in that the text is clearly larger and bolder.
