If, like me, you have blown all your hard-earned money on Lemonheads and Mountain Dew (or should I say “Mtn Dew”) but need more videogames to play without resorting to piracy, there’s still hope yet. The open beta for online RTS/card gameBattleForgewent live today, and it’s looking like a fairly nice way to burn daylight.

This beta gives players access to 200 virtualBattleForgecards and all of the game’s maps. Those who take part will recieve an upgraded “Firedancer” unit after launch, while anyone who pre-orders will get one exclusive unit from each of the four factions.
