According to our sources at the GameStop manager conference in Las Vegas, Nintendo has revealed that a black Wii Remote/Wii MotionPlus combo will be available in limited quantities this holiday. For those that like their peripherals to match, a black nunchuk accessory will also be sold separately.
Nintendo released a black Wii console in Japan earlier in the month, much to the chagrin of early adopters who might have wanted something a little darker sitting in their entertainment console. While we’ve yet to see the black remote that will hit stores this fall, we’re sure it won’t look much different than its Japanese counterpart (pictured above).
