Square Enix’s promising iPhone RPG,Chaos Rings, has hit iTunes for the not inconsiderable price of $12.99. If you consider that price point a little too meaty, you might be pleased to know that the publisher other Apple-flavored offerings are on sale right now.
To be honest, the slashed prices still seem a bit rich compared to what we’re used to on iTunes, but nevertheless, you may get such items asFinal Fantasyfor $6.99 or orCrystal Defendersfor $5.99. The sale lasts for two weeks, so you’ve plenty of time to scrap together the pennies.
Chaos Ringsitself is looking worth the cash. I’ve been playing it since last night for a review and it’s seriously impressed me so far. The music is amazing, the battle system is fun, and the graphics are top notch. I’ll need to play much more to see if the first impressions wear off, but so far I am really enjoying myself.
