Ifthe box artforDarkest Daysdidn’t convince you that time traveling is sweet, maybe the newest trailer for the game will. As we’ve probably explained to you ad nauseum by now,Darkest of Daysis about time traveling to different periods of time and shooting stuff. There’s more than likely a lot more to the story, but as you may see in the trailer it’s mostly about shooting people from different time periods.

Outside of the premise I’m not too sure if the game is shaping up to be anything truly remarkable. This “highlight” reel certainly doesn’t show off anything but a bunch of run-and-gun fun. Those Civil War soldiers don’t stand much of a chance against that modern machine gun, now do they? Run-and-gun is of course always welcome around these parts, but we do like to shake things up a bit every once in a while. Besides,Serios Sam HDshould take care of our run-and-gun needs for a while now. I wonder ifthisis how you teleport from time period to time period.
