Darkworks will be known to those who playedAlone in the Dark: The New Nightmareand checked the box to see who to blame. The studio also did work on Ubisoft’sI Am Alive, which appears to be filling in the vaporware gap left behind byDuke Nukem Forever.
The above paragraph was unnecessarily mean, so let me say that Darkworks is makingBlackDeath, a new survival horror shooter for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Since horror games aren’t too common this generation, I’m pretty happy to see what Darkworks can do.
It’s about black smoke that infects people and turns them into not-zombies with various not-zombie powers. Now I’m going to be mean again and say that the above video is the worst teaser trailer I’ve ever seen.
