This past weekend,Analog Pidginand I prepared ourselves as the Dtoid crew made their way to our neck of the woods (for once) to attend the2007 Blip Festival. Held this year atEyebeamin New York, the event showcased the finest in chiptunes, digital art, and 8-bit awesomeness in general.
Imagine ten or fifteen of your favorite musicians hitting the stage, one after the other, for four straight days. That’s what the event was like for me, and I’m sure the same can be said for many in attendance. Featuring the incredible talent ofBit Shifter,Nullsleep,Bubblyfish, andBSKto name but a few, it was an amazing experience we’ll not soon forget.
