Magic: The Gathering — Duels of the Planeswalkersis getting bigger. At a PAX event Saturday night, co-publisher Wizards of the Coast announced “Duel of the Dragon,” an expansion for the downloadable title that adds more cards, decks, and opponents.
One of the cards added is a “new” Planeswalker.
The expansion is slated to hit on Xbox LIVE Marketplace this fall. The price and exact date are unknown at this time. We’ve contacted Wizards of the Coast for the exact details, but the publisher didn’t respond to our inquiry immediately.
Just to be clear, here: the expansiondoesn’tappear to add the ability to fully customize decks, despite the new cards being offered. We know this is a sore spot for a quite a few of you, so feel free to complain or defend in the comments. (Only pansies need to customize, anyway.Nyah.)
