Fable 2was released in the United Kingdom this Friday, and local boy Peter Molyneux will be pleased to know that it boldly swaggered into the sales chart top slot. In a list that contains bothFIFA 09andPro Evolution Soccer 2009, that’s pretty damn impressive.
I was finally able to sit down and playFable 2this weekend. It’s bloody good and I have no reason to complain about the Xbox 360 exclusive’s number one position. It has already given me much more enjoyment than the first one, which is a tremendous relief. More British games should be ofFable 2‘s caliber.
Anyway, that’s good news for Lionhead, and for people who like to see good games getting bought. Hit the jump for the UK’s top twenty.
