This is going to sound really weird, but I’m positive others felt the same way: about halfway throughStarCraft II, I got a serious urge to go back and play theWarhammer 40,000: Dawn of Wargames. Blizzard’s latest warmed me up to the idea of dudes in oversized suits again. At least, I think that’s what happened.
Similarly, this rekindled love extends to the not-real-time-strategy titleWarhammer 40,000: Space Marine. We all had our suspicions that this would be a manly game in which Orks got their asses kicked — the gamescom trailer above confirms it.
As far as non-RTSWarhammervideogames go, this is pretty much what I would expect — and want, I suppose. Not a bad thing at all. How isSpace Marinesitting with you?
