Idoknow for certain that it was made as an example of what one can do withGrand Theft Auto IV‘s video editor, using no external software. A bit like videos made with Valve’s Source Engine, only not quite as funny.
Apparently, anybody who has the PC version ofGTA IVcan make videos like the one above, or the one contained after the jump. A fun little toy it may be, but Destructoid already has one Amazing Conrad. We don’t need another.
