Rockstar Games is doing some weird PR and marketing for its upcoming shooter,Max Payne 3. For starters, we’ve heard hide nor hair about the game in quite some time, the last major press push being anEdgecover story some time ago. We didn’t see it at E3 this year, it certainly wasn’t mentioned at gamescom, and Rockstar had no presence at PAX Prime.
Now today, Monday, August 29, Rockstar is breaking the silence… with twoMax Payne 3screenshots. For some reason. In one we see glass shattering, in the other Payne (with a nice, full head of hair) patiently hides in the shadows. Please enjoy them, courtesy of Rockstar games.
Max Payne 3is out… soon? Next year? Last year? I don’t know any more. I just hope it’s good when Rockstar finally decides to get this thing in our hands.
