Brawl: The Subspace Emissary, a brand new single player experience for the upcoming Wii fighter. While there have been paltry single player modes before, this promises to be a fully fleshed out, standalone game in its own right, bringing together the Nintendo universe in one story.

The Adventure mode also emphasizes character development. You’ll see many famous characters persevering under the weight of their personal histories, shouldering their unique burdens… It’s really something you won’t see anywhere else.

With so many wonderful characters appearing together, it’s like a dream action game. We’re putting tons of fighting spirit into making this game, so I hope you’re all looking forward to it.

A dream action game. Those are high words to live up to, but just lumping so many nostalgic characters together for one adventure  will be enough for most people.
