Anyone following the pre-releaseSuper Street Fighter 4beat knew thatStreet Fighter 3: 3rd Strikefan-favorites Ibuki, Makoto, and Dudley were going to be included in theSSF4‘s roster. But now it’suber-confirmed courtesy of the latest issue ofFamitsu, which features the three characters in its pages.
In the latest magazine scans, courtesy ofI Play Winner, we see Makoto and Dudley in several smaller panels. The sultry Ibuki gets the star treatment with larger shots. We can’t read the pages, but we can at least observe one thing: these formerly 2D fighters are looking good.
I doubt any game could look as good asStreet Fighter 3: 3rd Strike, but I’m impressed. I’ll be even more so if Ibuki and Makoto still have their special pre-fight banter. Then, I’ll truly have no reason to complain aboutSSF4.
