Japanese gamers are not the biggest fans of Western shooters, butFallout 3still managed to rank in the top ten in last week’s Media Create sales numbers for the island country.
Debuting at a respectable number 9 with 30,600 units sold, the Xbox 360 version ofFallout 3did pretty well. Knowing that the Xbox 360 install base is limited when compared to the PS3 in Japan, that’s pretty good. The PS3 version comes out in January of next year.
As far as the rest of the top ten goes, the thirdProfessor Laytonis still tops in Japan,just like last week. The fantasticKirbyDS port and the questionableAnimal Crossing: City Folkare still high rankers, too. Check out our review of the latter in our reviews section.
