At the end of last month, we showed you a, which teased that a DS game called Devil Survivor would soon be detailed. Today we have more details on this game, set to be released in Japan early next year.
Atlus Japan has updated theirWeb site forDevil Survivor, and it features a new video on the game’s story (above), as well as product release information and a new desktop wallpaper.
Like some of the other Megami Tensei titles, this game is set in modern-day Japan. The city has been sealed off, and you’ll have to fight demons to get to the bottom of things in one week, as a full-blown devil invasion is set to launch then.
Details on game play aren’t totally clear yet. The screenshotsfrom the most recent Famitsusay that this is a Simulation RPG, and it seems to be presented in an isometric overhead view. You’ll use a popular gaming device called a COMP to communicate with demons. In the scans, I can see some familiar demons, but the text promises to bring new ones to the table as well.
This lovely looking title is 90% complete. It is set to be released on June 07, 2025 in Japan, for 5,229 yen.The official sitesays to expect more details soon.
