Now, I can’t read Japanese very well (translation: at all), but I did manage to catch the English words MSX and Neo-Geo amongst a sea of non-Roman characters onNintendo’s official website.
What does that mean, you ask?

First, settle down — stop knocking everything off your desks and screaming in eager anticipation. Confirmed bycubed3, Nintendo’s Virtual Console will now offer games from 80s standardized home computerMSXand classic (but expensive) 90s consoleNeo-Geo. Whether these additions will just stay inJapanis unclear.
This news is almost out of nowhere, but who are we to complain ifSamurai Showdownis eventually only one awkward download away.

What do you think? Good news for more obscure video game fans? Or is this just another way for us tothrow away our hard-earned money?
