WhenBioShock Infinitefinally comes out next year, you’ll be using the Sky-Hook a lot to get around the city in the clouds, Columbia. What’s that? You want a life-sized model of one to get to and from work?
Well, it’s not functional (unless you’ve got Sky-Lines running through your town), but Irrational Games has teamed up with NECA to release models of the devices. They’re not in production just yet, but last week the studio held a contest where they gave one away to a lucky fan.
The Sky-Hook, along with a line ofBioShock Infinitemodels, will ship next year around the time the game launches. Bad news: the Sky-Hook will not come in that fancy box, which was designed to look like case used to hold dueling pistols, you see up there. That was made special for the contest… which has now ended.
