The same small team that updatedPac-ManandGalagais the one plotting for fresh resurrections, so we know that whatever game is picked next shall be in safe hands. So far, however, there has been no word on which game shall be dragged out of the sarcophagus.
Tadashi Iguchi, the director of Namco’s retro renovation division, has stated that he plans to bring the company’s “masterpiece games” to the XBLA, delivering titles to people “who liked games in the 80s.” I canthink of a few peoplearound here who will surely be thrilled at that statement.
Now what needs to happen is for Tecmo to let Namco’s team haveBomb Jackfor a few months. I promise only good things would happen.
