Deus Ex: Human Revolutionis set in an alternate future where the debate over human augmentation has escalated into rioting and violence as those against tampering with humanity fight proponents of progressive science. All is not flowers and unicorns within the scientific camp either, as two organizations battle for supremacy of the augmentation market.
I will admit I have a hard time not looking forward to this game. I like the idea of the story being crafted here, and what the development team is trying to do. While I may not want an obvious political message in every title I pick up, I always enjoy a game that attempts to add something from the topics of today to the story being told. Also, interactive dialogue.
