Namco Bandai has unleashed a new batch of screenshots forSplatterhouse. The retro revival’s had quite the troubled development, but these new screens look like they’re taking the right direction. All you need is a nutcase in a skull mask and plenty of enemies to mindlessly smack around, and it appears that’s what the game delivers.
I’m certainly not expecting a masterpiece, especially with the game having been shunted from one set of devs to the next, but hopefully it will be a decent brawler. We need more of those. We could really do with a release date, though. This thing was announced ten thousand years ago.
