Even though when I think ofDark Void, a few great things come to mind — Airtight Games (Crimson Skies), Capcom, jetpacks, the Bermuda Triangle, and Nikola effing Tesla — had the game shipped this year and not been delayed, there’s a chance many of us would’ve missed out.
How do you even go about classifyingDark Void? An action-heavy third-person shooter with flying elements? Whatever it is, it’s looking more and more like something I need to play. And this absolutely crazy amount of concept art I just uploaded should be proof enough.
Some of the images have been seen around the web before, I’m sure, but for the most part, it’s new to us. Concept art is great, but it becomes so much greater when you’ve played the game and recognize the characters/environment/whatever from the art in their finished state.
