It seems that the PS3 version ofPrototypedoesn’t always want to install on your system correctly. According toJoystiq, your PS3 may tell you that you don’t have enough space for the install. The workaround, provided by Activision support, has you changing the amount of disk space by 700MB in whatever way you’re able to. You can install games, demos, and other downloads. Apparently this gets things moving. Activisionon the matter: “We take this issue very seriously and are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible....

The last couple of times I visited Japan, it seemed like everyone had a PSP in their face. The new price for the PSP in Europe is €129.99 ($187). This 24 percent price drop follows that of North America’s recent discount down to $129, from $169. I loves me a good, competitive puzzle game and will gladly take on any comers inSuper Puzzle Fighter II TurboorPuyo Puyoany day of the week. This new puzzler,Puzzlegeddon, is one that I’m seriously looking into picking up. You can never have too many puzzle games to humiliate people in. I downloaded the demo this afternoon and I’m fairly impressed. The game is pretty chaotic, with up to six players operating their own puzzle grid of icons depicting offensive and defensive capabilities....

Even though EA Bright Light’sSpare Partsplays nothing likeMetal Arms: Glitch in the Systemand only really resembles it on a basic “they both have yellow robots” level, I love how the comparison is being drawn by some of you guys. Any excuse to think aboutMetal Armsis fine by me. In this debut trailer, we’re shown that there’s as much platforming about as there is fighting weird creatures. Since the initial“wink, wink” line, we all knew thatSecret of Monkey Island: Special Editionwas bound for the App Store.Launching on July 22nd, we were told that this version of the game would be very similar to its platform counterparts. We weren’t misled. Because of how close this title is to the other versions, I won’t bother reiterating what the game is about, how the Special Edition additions factor into general play, or get into why the game is so magical....

In the new issue ofOfficial PlayStation Magazine, RockstarVP of product development Jeronimo Barrea was quoted as saying “For all the games we work on, we have a massive number of ideas that [don’t] make it in.” This was a response to the question of whether or not there were enough ideas for a new game. No word on a follow-up, but I doubt anyone here would find anotherRed Deadinstallment to be the least bit surprising if the time does ever come....
