I have a PSPgo on preorder, mostly because my GameStop credit is ludicrous and I have plans for a certain Destructoid video that I’ll be shooting with it. Even though I have work-related reasons for picking one up, I was sincerely excited to get ahold of the latest PSP and try out the all-digital format. However, Sony has been doing its damndest to make the PSPgo a less attractive prospect, and after realizing that the PSPgo ships with NO form of screen protection whatsoever, I am seriously considering canceling my preorder....

Microsoft wants your money, but notallof it. Big MS is upping the ante in the price drop battle by offering a $50 rebate to anybody in the United States who purchases an Xbox 360 between now and October 5. This certainly has to be a response to the PlayStation 3 price cut, with Microsoft attempting to undermine Sony’s efforts to put more PS3s into homes this Winter. The rebate makes the entry cost for an Elite a rather attractive $249, which certainly makes it cheaper than the $299 PS3....

Namco Bandai’sDead to Rights: Retributionis on store shelves now, and the publisher hasn’t wasted any time announcing downloadable content. On June 1, the “GAC Pack” will be made available for 400 MS Points/$4.99. It will contain two new game modes, along with the “Jack Pack” and “Shadow Pack” DLC, which was previously only available as a pre-order bonus. The “Assault on the 87th Precinct” mission is featured as part of the DLC, and is an entirely new scenario that puts players in the shoes of Grant City Anti-Crime soldiers....
