Namco Bandai acquires D3 Publisher for $12 Million

You may or may not be aware that Namco Bandai made an aggressive bid for D3 Publisher by purchasing a majority of the company’s stock, which would mean D3 would become a subsidary of Namco.Siliconera reports that the deal is done, with Namco coming away with 95.2 % of D3 Publisher’s shares and the total deal valued at 1,239,380,000 yen ($12.55 million). What does this mean for D3?
