We’re not the only ones to have noticed the garment situation, however, as the ESRB has taken significant notice of Ayumi’s cleavage and “narrow thong.” “Red blood splashes are emitted from creatures that are attacked by swords, and dark blood stains remain on game environments for a brief period of time,” states part of the ESRB report....

GameFly already has all-you-can-play console gaming, but now they’re adding on something similar for PC gamers. Acquiring IGN’s Direct2Drive set them up to be able to hundreds of PC and Mac titles and play them as you please. A beta is coming up, and they plan to have a hundred titles ready to go for then. They say they should have “hundreds” by the official holiday launch of the service and its client....

GameSpothas finally addressedthe firing of Jeff Gerstmann in public, and anybody who expected the site to admit to cloak-and-dagger shenanigans is going to be disappointed. Citing “legal constraints” for not telling the real story behind the controversy, the once-trusted site has nevertheless denied any and all accusations. “… Contrary to widespread and unproven reports, his exit was not a result of pressure from an advertiser,” GameSpot claimed in its post. If you’ve been to your local videogame retailer to procure a PS3 or Wii you may have noticed that you could not procure the item at all because it wasn’t there. Both systems have been having shortages since December, when, according to theVP of merchandising at GameStop, Tony Bartel,the two sold much faster and better than anyone expected them to. He also says that these shortages won’t be stopping any time soon, and may last into summer....
