Used 3DS sales double in Japan as new sales drop

Following news of an imminent3DS price cut, sales of brand new systems understandably halved in Japan, with consumers waiting for the cheap alternative. Conversely, the sales of used systems have since doubled. Secondhand retailers immediately started to slash their prices by around ¥4,000 following Nintendo’s announcement, which has drawn quite a few customers.
