A recent report from theVietnam News Servicetells of a rehab clinic recently opened for gamers that are too addicted to be able to control their daily lives anymore. Level 5’s upcoming PlayStation 3-exclusive RPGWhite Knight Chronicleswill feature online play. Aside from the announcement, there are some decent details backing it up. The mode has been dubbed in Japan as “Live Part,” which is described byIGNas a “cooperative online quest mode.” The mode isn’t a true cooperative play experience, but it does have some pretty cool features. Live Play will enable four players to simultaneously take on quests and the character you create for the mode will be translated into the single player as an additional party member....

I know I’ve said this a million times, butZumais one of my favorite casual games ever. It’s so approachable and easy, but can quickly ramp up to be very challenging. Plus, it’s a frog barfing marbles — you’ve gotta love that. It’s not just me that lovesZuma. PopCap says that this puzzler is thier second best-selling franchise, with 20 million units sold worldwide. The series is about to make its Facebook debut withZuma Blitz,an adaptation that has a bunch of social features added to the marble barfing fun....

A new trailer forDC Universe Onlinehas cropped up. It’s centered around a group of new characters, showing off moves and designs as well as a few recognizable locales from DC comic series. But it’s creepy in a way, with the voice-over dialogue better resembling a military recruitment ad than videogame marketing. I’m really not sure how I’m supposed to feel about this. The game itself has looked interesting the times I’ve seen it but I am just so turned off by this video that I can’t even be objective about it right now....
