New PAX-flavored RE:DC videos go for the Oscar

OK, I’ll be upfront, I prefer“bad” videogame actingto “good” videogame acting. The voice work in games likeShenmueand the originalResident Evilis endlessly entertaining to me, where the polished, Hollywood caliber stuff of theGTAgames just leaves me cold. That’s why these two newResident Evil: The Darkside Chroniclestrailers make me so happy. In the first vid, Claire and Leon openly agree tonotpull guns on each other, then become mildly alarmed at the site of multiple undead cannibals....

PAX Prime attendance hit 70,000 and I didn’t get sick!

Every year I get sick at PAX. It’s a combination of not sleeping, drinking too much, interacting with a bazillion people, and tons of unwashed mammals running into you in a confined space. Remember two years ago? God, I felt like I was going to die with that swine flu or whatever it was. But this year? Nothing! I’m at full health, which is great as I leave for Tokyo Game Show in about a week....

Pew! Pew! Preview!: Clive Barker’s Jericho
