We all wanna play cowboy, but no one said living the life was clean. Rockstar Games has released three new screenshots from the upcomingRed Dead Redemption, each depicting one of the game’s key non-player characters. Most of them, it seems, are in need of a good bath. Take Seth Briars, pictured above. Driven insane by his infatuation with wealth, Briars will stop at nothing to get his hands on some coin… and that includes robbing graves apparently....

Even though the series has, to put it kindly, beenquestionably entertainingas of late, Seth McFarlane’sFamily Guyjuggernaut keeps going, bolstered by plenty of merchandise. After releasing one gameback in 2006, Fox has just announced a second:Family Guy Online, a free, browser-based multiplayer game. Players can make a character for the game, share it on Facebook, then go on adventures with other players in the fictional town of Quahog. TheFamily Guywriters are also working on the game, so you can expect a bunch of the same references and humor they’ve been pulling out for several seasons now....

Bartle recently discovered a mission in which a character is tortured for information, and he is highly offended. Basically, you have to take some kind of cow poke and zap a prisoner until he talks. I was expecting for there to be some way to tell the guy who gave you the quest that no, actually I don’t want to torture a prisoner, but there didn’t seem to be any way to do that....

Online gaming destinationVirgin Gaminghas buddied up with publisher Ubisoft, says a press release sent out this morning. Virgin will be the online tournament provider for some of Ubi’s multiplayer console games, starting withTom Clancy’s ghost Recon: Future Soldier. So far, that’s the only game they mention, but Ubisoft makes a lot of multiplayer console games, so we expect to hear more titles added soon. “Ubisoft is thrilled to be partnering with Virgin Gaming on its new venture....

With the game in stores tomorrow, it seems little late to announce a limited edition bundle, but here we are. Ubisoft has announced that it will be shipping a limited edition headset bundle ofEndWarfor both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Both bundles will ship with the official first-party wireless headsets for both consoles, and will cost $89.99. Ubisoft says the PS3 bundle will be available at select retailers, while the Xbox 360 bundle will be available exclusively at Best Buy....
