Scribblenautsis almost upon us and I can’t bloody wait! 5th Cell’s brilliant little DS game is due to hit the US on September 15, and to celebrate here’s a TV ad for your sordid enjoyment. SEGA has revealed that a Wii version ofSonic Generationswas going to be released, but development has been “abandoned” in order to keep the game in HD. Apparently SEGA’s just too good for that grotty standard-def garbage. “The primary goal for the console versions of Generations was reimagining the series’ classic zones in vivid, high-definition graphics,” said Takashi Iizuka inNintendo Power. “The Wii hardware wasn’t a good fit for that concept, so we abandoned development on that, and decided that for our Nintendo audience, we would make a fresh start with a Nintendo 3DS version ofGenerations....
You may already know about this, but today Sony hasofficially revealedits wireless Bluetooth headset, now with 30% more blue teeth. The peripheral will have an RRP of ¥5,000 (US$46) and it’s scheduled for release in Japan on October 30. Sony’s new headset comes complete with a cradle that can be used to charge it. A fully charged set will get you around eight hours of talk time and up to three hundred hours of standby....

Target has announced today that on April 19, it will begin a new videogame reservation program in their stores nationwide. You can now purchase a “collectible reservation card” for $1; when the card is returned to pick up the reserveration within seven days of the games release, you get a $5 Target GiftCard towards a future purchase.
