I was absolutely sure thatthis week’s HAWPwould be a “love it or hate it” sort of an episode, but roughly half the comments so far seem to think that it’s just so-so. More proof that I have no idea what the hell I am doing. Also, yes — I took my regular segment from RetroForceGO! and turned it into one or more HAWP episodes. I am utterly without regret. Just don’t hold out any hope of seeing Hey Ash, Whatcha Playing: Bonerquest Edition....
Black Friday is for chumps — you might want to hop on this now. TigerDirect is offeringup an Xbox 360 Premium bundle for $149.99. The only catch is that the unit is a refurb, and its warranty expires after 90 days. This is also the older model and lacks the HDMI output on most of the currently Xbox 360. Knowing the longstanding issues with the Xbox 360 red rings (among other issues — I’ve had the video cards crap out on two units), the lack of warranty might scare a few people off....

After a month hiatus, I’m back with yet another singing review. I only did one of the two games this week because honestly, that’s all I had in me. The game I chose wasCity Connectionon the NES. Don’t get upset, as the only reason I didn’t doMetal Slugwas because I couldn’t find any good .midi files for that game. When I use the game music as inspiration for the song, I take the midi files, chop them all to pieces, add a bunch of different sounds, and then write lyrics and a melody that goes over it....

According to the fine print, a majority of the Sigil team will join Sony Entertainment Online (50 people according to theVGNecroforums).
