Oh, those crazy folks at Hudson — they sure do like them some Wii! In a wild turn of events, the publisher has announced their Tokyo Game Show 2008 line-up and one of the games is — gasp! — a PlayStation 3 title! Yup, among their showing at next week’s show will be the recently announced PlayStation Network title,Bomberman Ultra.It will be joined byFishing Master World TourandMarble Saga: Kororinpa, both for the Wii....

I’m good, man.Totallygood. It’s only the first day of Tokyo Game Show but I’m already good. I found my game to love, and I can’t quit talking about it. I’ve told everyone how much I loveTheatrhythm Final Fantasyafter playing it today. No one believes it’s that great until they play it. I think the last guy I told rolled his eyes at me. I don’t care. You’ll like it. It mixes all the great music of the Final Fantasy series, powerful fan service, and a few fun twists on rhythm gaming to make a game that I played a dozen or so times today....

The story so far: There is a giant robot on the loose, destroying the very city Jim swore to protect. Unable to fend it off alone, he calls on the help of CyberneticTigerZ! The last remaining warrior of the long forgotten Sharktroopers, equipped with state of the art cyber battle armour and his trusty B.A.N. Hammer, he agrees to lend a hand. CTZ decides that even with his mighty awesome powersuit, this fight may prove too much, even for him....

The King of Games is a legendary shirt designer, combining their sharp designs with high-quality shirts. Of course, they charge out the nose, at 3,800 yen ($40) per shirt. They’ve had some fantastic shirts in the past, like this pricey ($55)Mothershirt, along withcountlessMarioitems. Next up on their list? Why, it’s none other than thePixelJunkseries. Two shirt designs are coming out: one for thePixelJunkseries in general, sporting the logo against a white background, with the Q-Games logo on the back, and the other specifically forPixelJunk EdenEncore, featuring a row of all the stage icons in blue set against a brown background....

TakeHalo, remove the shooter element, slow it down to about 1/100th speed, and then add a turn-based battle system straight out of theFinal Fantasygames, and you’ll have something like this 5-minute monstrosity above. While this is clever, and fairly well-done, something about it just gives me the heebie jeebies. Thewillies, if you will. The first time I playedFatal Frame, I was at a friend’s house, having no idea what to expect. I knew it would be scary, sure, but since I had played my share ofSilent HillandResident Evil, I figured I’d be just fine. That is, until I dropped the controller in fright the first time I saw a ghost. Even worse, it happened multiple times. That’s a good way to sum upFatal Frame— completely unnerving....

Late yesterday, THQ announcedSaints Row 2downloadable content, the “Unkut Pack” was available — for the lovely price of free — via Xbox LIVE Marketplace and the PlayStation Network Store. The content adds an array of clothing and customization options for your character: including t-shirts, watches, polos, jeans, and tattoos from the “Unkut” fashion line. One caveat: the expansion pack is not available for Xbox LIVE Silver members. Gold members can enjoy “Unkut Pack” exclusively for one week before Microsoft — or whoever is flipping the switch — makes it available for Silver account holders....

On the surface,this idea sounds, as a Northern Scally would say, “proper gay,” but since I’m a fan of proper gay things, the idea of my DS using Wi-Fi access points to generate random treasure sounds interesting. This is the premise behind Aspyr’sTreasure Troves(working title), a game which the studio claims will turn your DS into a “real life treasure hunt.” Aspyr mostly works on creating ports, including the Mac version ofCall of Duty 4, and this will in fact be the first non-educational original IP to come from the developer....

We don’t know much about Ubisoft’sI Am Alive, outside of its post-catastrophic-earthquake Chicago setting and that the publisher has been extremely quiet about the title. Here’s some more vague information: the game may feature a multiplayer component. Ubisoft announced today that it will be releasing a new dance game for the Wii entitled,Just Dance. Interestingly, “Just Dance” is the first track from Lady Gaga’s 2008 album,The Fame. Interestingly, Lady Gaga does not appear anywhere in the announcement for the game. Not even in the early list of artists who will be appearing. Everyone loves Kasumi so it’s no wonder people think Ayane is such a mean b*tch. But that’s okay; I think you’re better than her, Ayane. Especially now that your in thiswonderful figure form.
