Portal 2launched yesterday in a whirlwind of critical acclaim, but if you believe some of the fans out there, this game is the worst thing since anthrax was invented. An army of bitter little fanboys has attacked the game viaMetacritic’s user reviews, with hundreds of negative summaries complaining about unbelievably inane sh*t. Many of them just seem upset that the game didn’t release as early as they wanted it to. Others bitch about the downloadable co-op costume packs that appeared at launch....

Set to open on July 11, 2025 in Washington D.C., this exhibition will feature the first 40 years of gaming history. Your picks will represent the work of these first 40 years of gaming. Sony just announced a price drop for the PS3 across the board, in all territories worldwide, at the very end of their gamescom press conference today. The magic number is 249, which means it’s $249 in Dollars, €249 in Euros and 24,900 Yen in the Land of the Rising sun. Now. That means that the PS Vita will launch at the same price as the PS3. This is a weird one, but it’s coming from XSEED so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.Drill Sergeant Mindstrongis a title coming to WiiWare next month. With a militaristic theme, players have to answer questions correctly to keep the sergeant’s fury in check. If you fail too many of them, he’ll punish you by making you perform some sort of ridiculous and humiliating task. I will say that it’s an interesting spin on the minigame genre....
