The video of Parade Magazine’s A.J. Jacobs and family playing a river rafting Natal gamewas great fun for us this weekend, but this very slight modification of it is absolutely hilarious to me. All they did to make this video — which is sure to be a YouTube smash hit — was add some color rotation and some fun music. Bam — instant rave.
Someone needs to insert some glowsticks, Vaseline, and some random pills lying on the floor and we’ll have one of the most realistic videogame experiences ever created. In this sense, Natal has exceeded my expectations.
