There have been rumblings around theDestructoidoffice cooler for awhile now, butGamespothas confirmed what we had feared to be true —LucasArtshave pulled the plug on the intriguingPSPmusic title,Traxion.

The game was a hidden gem among the games at last year’s E3, combining music and mini-games together for an experience that promised to be unlike anything else.Traxionwas not only set to ship with music already loaded on theUMD, but also had the ability to read mp3s and tags from your own memory stick to create experiences that would be different for each player. A lot of other features were planned for the game including a music-based fighting game, a virtual drum kit, and more.
