THQ has sent out word that the open-world, destruction-fueledRed Faction: Guerrillawill be getting its fair share of downloadable content. Three upcoming packs were announced, but only one of them, “Demons of the Badlands,” was detailed.
Heading to Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PlayStation Network on August 13 for 800 Microsoft Points (or $9.99), “Demons of the Badlands” further expandsGuerrilla‘s relatively short (for a sandbox game) single-player experience with an all-new “mission arc” which occurs “outside of the game’s expansive world.”
No additional details were divulged for the first add-on or the other two, but I wouldn’t be surprised if one of the other packs delves into multiplayer territory. It’sbeen no secretthat I really enjoyedGuerrilla, so I’ll be curious to see where this DLC leads.
