I know that E3 is right around the corner and that we all have stars in our eyes for the next wave of games. We like our games bigger, faster, and perpetually shinier, and it drives the industry. Of particular interest is Fumito Ueda’slatest project, as of now calledTrico. That’s nice and all, but there’s nothing wrong with a little retrospection. Right?
Why not take some time to think about the beautifulShadow of the Colossus–Ueda’s previous project–while we wait for moreTricoinformation, hopefully in the guise of an E3 announcement?

So, to that end, I’d like to direct you to aShadow of the Colossusartdumpthat’s being hosted on Picasa by someone named “Nate.” The collection includes scans of theOfficial Art Book, manuals, and box art, as well as hi-res wallpapers, screenshots, concept art (back when it was calledNico), the viral marketing campaign, and footage from various DVDs. As if that wasn’tSotCoverload, there are also scans of a fan-made trading card game and a tribute toIco.
Do yourselves a favor — browse through Nate’s collection, watch some footage, revel in the gorgeous concept art and get lost in the Forbidden Land all over again. I promise, it will make waiting forTricothat much better.
