According to the latest gossip, Sony is “quietly testing” a redesigned PlayStation Network, with a new aesthetic that will borrow the “image-driven” layout employed by Xbox Live and Steam.
The PlayStation Store will have an IMDB-esque database to make searching for games and movies easier. There will also be a new “Deals of the week” section. The reports claim that the old blue design of the store will be totally scrapped in favor of “ultra bright colors on a black background.”

Sounds good to me. The PS Store could do with shaking things up a little bit, so I’d be happy to see a redesign. Would you agree, or do you like things the way they are?
