The mysterious document makes note of a title calledResident Evil: Raccoon City;Â the Vancouver-based developer is also said to be staffing up for the project. This jives with vague details on the developer’s next project, found on its website — “an amazing new project” and a “new publishing partner on a world class franchise.”
