Strange one, this. Accordingto reports, Sony has inked a deal with Electronic Arts to provide a second Beatles game this Christmas, adding toThe Beatles: Rock Bandwith aSingStargame revolving around the Fab Four.
The report was broken by MCV, but the page containing this news seems to have disappeared. This could mean that the someone at Sony asked the site to take it down, or it could mean MCV screwed up and deleted evidence of its foul.Orit could just be that the page moved and it’s taking forever for me to find out because their site isn’t loading.
Either way, it would be quite odd to have two Beatles-themed games, especially asSingStaris more or lessRock Bandwithout any instruments. Seems a bit redundant, really. Ah well, we’ll have to wait for an official announcement before judging too harshly.
