The first images forSaints Row 3have shown up. The main promo pic reveals Johnny Gat with his trademark shades, an assault rifle, and a champagne bottle, while a young lady boards a plane with her own gun and, presumably, a bag of ill-gotten loot.
The second image is less visually stimulating, but a bit more revealing, as it declares we can “strap it on” this coming Holiday season — a bit more definite than THQ’s previous “Fall” release window. Looks like the publisher is aiming to grab a slice of the Christmas action with this sequel.
The original pic looks like it will be aGame Informercover, which wouldn’t be surprising asGame Informerdoeseverything in the world. The rest of us will feed on the scraps and love it.
In any case, I can’t wait to find out more.Saints Row 2is one of my favorite games of this generation, and I’m hopingSaints Row 3will eclipse it.
