The green color of Mana inMagic: The Gatheringis supposed to be representative of life and growth, which naturally means that it’s a creature-heavy color type to play. Hence these images sent to us featuring a manner of beasts which may be summoned and sent to fight.
When I played the card-based version of the game, Green was one of my favorite colors to play. The experience of building an army of worthless creatures which can then steamroll through gives this color some great rush opportunities.
