THQ has announced that its releasing yet another title based on the popularMarvel Super Hero Squadcartoon, this time bringing the game to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, as well as the Wii and the Nintendo DS.
CalledMarvel Super Heroes: The Infinity Gauntlet, it’s a third-person action title that has players controlling the adorable wee-versions of their favorite Marvel heroes as they try to thwart Doctor Doom’s Lethal Legion. It seems like the game will be quite similar to the Wii title, a simple (but mostly fun, I thought) third-person beat ’em up, but this time around, THQ has added a new co-op Challenge mode.
The Infinity Gauntletwill be out later this year, and will be making its premiere at San Diego Comic Con this week. On a personal note, I can’t not look at the tiny Doctor Doom and feel threatened. I kind of just want to hug him.
