Yeah, yeah, yeah. It’s Cloud, it’s Sephiroth and “One Winged Angel” is playing. It’s still as effective as it was back in 1997, because Square Enix has totallynotexploited the scenario for all it’s worth over the years.
Don’t take my sarcasm the wrong way — I am looking forward to getting my hands onDissidiaand am hoping for a good game. However, Sephiroth and “One Winged Angel” is so overdone by now that something like this — a game where itcouldhave some real impact — is just boring.

Maybe I’m too cynical, but I can’t help but feel that I’d be totally all over this video if Sephiroth hadn’t made an awkward six minute appearance inAdvent Children, or had yet another “epic” showdown inCrisis Core, or if the music hadn’t been done to death for the past decade.
Still, it just makes the characters who have not been over exposed, like Kefka and Kuja, all the more interesting. Sephiroth, however, is dull, and we have eleven years of fanwanking to thank for it.
