Futuremark Games Studio has been terrific about keeping up with its space-based first-person shooterShattered Horizon. A steady flow of patches and assorted freebies have been the norm since its initial release last November, and for that, the developer should be commended.
Beginning on Thursday at 7:00 PM EDT and lasting until Sunday at 4:00 PM EDT, you’ll have the opportunity to playShattered Horizonfor free thanks to the magic of Steam. And while this little promo is going on, the game can be had for $9.99, which is half off the normal price.
I’d be all over this myself, but I do not possess the technology to play it (DirectX 10). For those that do, though, I can’t think of any reason why you wouldn’t want to take them up on this offer. It’s gotphysics!
